EU Label Guide
Since 2012, every tire sold in the EU carries a label grading fuel efficiency, wet grip and rolling noise. Here's how to read it.

One or three sound waves: one wave = meets current EU limit; three waves = higher than the upcoming 2026+ limit.
Quick interpretation
- A–C fuel class: best rolling-resistance choices — meaningfully lower fuel cost on long-haul fleets.
- A–B wet grip: shorter wet braking distance — often 3–5 metres less from 80 km/h between classes.
- Trade-off: premium wet grip tires sometimes have higher rolling resistance. Choose based on your priority (safety vs fuel).
